Commission & Payment Terms – Sayla Estate Agency
Builder Purchase Our service is free for buyers, provided the builder/developer agrees to pay 2% commission. If only 1% is paid by the builder, the remaining 1% is payable by the buyer on the total purchase value.
Resale Transactions We charge a 2% commission on the total sale/purchase value (including all monetary components) for residential and commercial properties.
Lease / Leave & License Commission is based on the total agreement tenure:
Up to 3 years – 1 month’s license fee
3 to 6 years – 2 months’ license fee
6 to 9 years – 3 months’ license fee, and so on. Payment is due at agreement signing or registration, whichever is earlier.
Renewal of Leave & License Commission is applicable on renewal, as per the above lease structure.
GST & TDS
GST @ 18% is applicable (GST invoice will be issued).
If TDS is deducted, a certificate or government portal acknowledgment must be provided immediately.
Payment Terms All payments are due at the time of agreement signing. Registration of the agreement is strongly recommended.
